Basically, what ****e is shown on the box that everyone buzzes off but you find utter ****. My picks:



Family Guy

A million non sequitur jokes with a very thin plot don't make a good show. Neither do default characters which have all been copy and pasted from elsewhere: Mong dad, Downs son, dorky daughter. Also, the artwork is utter ****e, everything about this show just reeks of laziness.



Top Gear

Dickheads bailing round in cars doing wheelies and **** like that really shouldn't be on telly. I'm not arsed but when you've got someone as annoying as Richard Hammond thinking he is a legend bailing round in a supercharged Mini, you can **** off.



Lost

First off, Season 1 was amazing. Brilliant TV. Season 2 was great, but got a bit ridiculous towards the end wit hall the breaks and stuff but Season 3? How can people watch this and not realise they're clearly being strung along by the execs at abc because they're aware Lost is a cash cow? It's clear that the once quick pace has been replaced by that of the snail to drag it out for another 3 seasons minimum. Worst part is, you get people telling me 'You don't get it' as if it's some MENSA-only TV show.

LOST - for definate i cant get into and im fed up of watching adverts for it. Ive never tried to watch Family Guy. but i like Top Gear.

I think Desperate Housewives is overrated!

Have to say I love prison Break. I did enjoy lost but to be honest I think it has now run its course. I have 4 episodes to catch up on and I don't think I can be bothered.

I'm glad I'm not alone in recognising Friends as the lame, unfunny, poorly written, forumlaic, hackneyed, hammily acted, not-as-witty-as-it-
thinks-it-is cacade of malodorous loose stool water it really is...

Have to agree with friends, never found it funny really. Lost, i watched a few episodes of it, and it just wasent intresting for me. Anything with Ant and Dec, they seem really genuine and nice guys, but i dont find their work at all entertaining, rather just annoying. Dr Who, Im not a fan and never have been, some episodes have been quite good i admit, but a lot of them i just dont really enjoy watching.

I'm watching Lost every week...I saw all 3 seasons, and even though I still like the show, I must admit it's nothing like season 1...

I am very surprised to hear some of you say that Prison Break is overrated...It is the very best show I've ever seen !! I know...I know...we're all different...but still! The characters are interesting, the story keeps you to the edge of your seat (that's when I don't fall face first on the floor), and the suspense is always present!! did I mention it's the best show around??...smile

So in the End,

Lost - Season 3 is definitely overrated.

Eastenders...it destroys your soul if you are unfortunate enough to catch 5 minutes of it, the same old rubbish recycled again and again, and with so many hateable characters that is impossible to care for a second what happens to anyone...I HATE it!

Have to agree Glowlad, cant bear that show at all, my family love it though so its annoying espicially when i want to watch the footie on Sky but since i dont have it in my room, and just in the living room, i have to suffer that show until its over. Horrible, depressing, violent and Nasty show Eastenders is, a show which shows english people at its worst, cant believe my girlfriends and friends (all Japanese btw!) love it when i showed it to them. I guess they have no idea like us!
Another show i hate is anything by Rickey Gervais, Extras and The Office are really dull in my opinion, he can be funny at times, but most of the time, theres just..nothing for me to laugh at.

The Office is great but Extras was only good in places and mostly due to the other actors in it and not Gervais.

I think he's become a bit of a one trick pony lately as his lame self-written episode of The Simpsons demonstrated - his character on that was David Brent all over again.

BTW - I'd also like to nominate The Paul O'Grady Show. He seems to have the same guests on every series and does the same old routine without any change or progress. And that voice of his gets on my wick!

Im quite surprised how Gervais and the office is so popular, i guess its not my cup of tea.As for that Simpsons episode..words cannot express how bad that was but their was one good joke in it with marge but iv forgotten what it was now! As for Paul O Grady, couldnt agree with you more, i like him, but he is very very annoying.

Competitive reality tv shows with the sorta exception of Faking it (I quite like Extreme Makeover Home Edition and medical shows though) and all British or Aussie soaps are utter tripe, its a proven fact.

Any reality TV i find crap and disgustingly boring. Any of the roadshow shows as well (antique roadshow, etc) honestly, who wants to watch a bunch of old fogeys, chattin about stuff that is older than they are. Complete waste of time. give me a comedy anyday
