See I loved the original of this. im a sucker for the Indiana Jones type treasure hunt movies. Great fun so after seeing this I went on a google trip and found the trailers on http://www.apple.com/trailers

I am really excited about this movie. I loved the first one, as it deals with a lot of US hitory. That is one of my specialties. I hear that this next one also deals with US history, but also branches out more into world history.

National Treasure 2 comes out right before Christmas in the States, and my girl is just as excited to see it as I am. Cage looks solid in this one.

Sounds good, I did enjoy the first one, and they made it a good family film, so lets hope they do it with this one too

OK, I watched the trailer again, and here's what I got from it.

They find a missing page from the diary of John Wilkes Booth (who killed Lincoln), and it identifies the rest of the Lincoln conspirators. Apparently, Ben's great great grandfather helped plan the assassination of Honest Abe. Not wanting to believe this, Gates and his crew go on a mission to clear his family name. From the looks of the trailer, it seems as though this hunt sends them to other parts of the world, from England to the Eifel Tower in Paris.

They also talk about an urban legend in the movie: The Presidential Book of Secrets. There has been talk for years that this book exists, but that it has only been seen by the Presdients of the US. The book is rumored to have the plans to the JFK assassination, the missing minutes from the Watergate scandal, and info about Area 51.

It looks really, really good. I can't wait until it comes out. I know know about when it comes out in the UK, but it debuts her in the Stats on 12/21 (always with the symbology...a pailindromial release date.)
