Apparently they are trying to redo the Jackass angle originally set for SummerSlam at the Royal Rumble in January. WWE is setting up some promotions that includes Jackass superstars involved.

That was more to do with promoting his own show that followed RAW in the US.

I cannot believe they are going ahead with the Jackass angle. It was a terrible idea when it was considered for Summerslam, and I thought (hoped!) we'd seen the back of it! When the Jackass boys turned up last year they showed absolutely no respect for the business and just treated it as one big joke.

When will the WWE realise 'celebrity' involvement in storylines very rarely has a possitive effect on the business? (The Trump storyline is the only example I can think of off hand!)

WCW tried throwing celebrities in the mix to boost ratings, and look what happened there!

I would hate to see WWE go down the pan in the same manner!

TNA is apparently talking to former WCW World Heavyweight champion David Arquette. Arquette called Jonny Fairplay about managing him.
