I've been told about this oneline game call second life thats free to play I believe.

I have heard a few people talking about it but never tried it myself. It sounds kinda interesting to try, has anyone here tried it?

Is it worth trying or is it overhyped rubbish confused

Iv read about this game but i doubt my pc can handle it..My computer is useless and im just praying my mom gets me a new one so i can try that on this christmas!

I've installed it, ran it, then uninstalled it. Nearly everything costs money, and you have to get a second life job to pay for it, or use real money to pay for stuff. I found it way too boring for me.

Isn't a 3d version of networking sitres. ie it's a glorified chat room where you can wander around and chat to people... I was chatting to someone earlier who said they joined up and lost 5 hours of their life chatting.

I think I signed up but I cant remember... I'll have to check.

pretty much, you create urself an avatar to walk around with, but i think the interfacing is pretty badly done. either way, i got through the induction, and uninstalled it. waste of time
