For me I can't stand her, so reading this didn't surprise me. (Although I would add I do have sympathy for her she was brave to go out there while she's obviously in a bad state.... Or just plain Stupid.)
Amy Winehouse was booed by fans as she delivered a shambolic set on the first night of her UK tour in Birmingham.
The singer also dedicated a song to her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, who is being held on remand pending charges including GBH.
During the show, the 24-year-old told the crowd: "To them people booing, wait 'til my husband gets out of incarceration. And I mean that."
In the summer, she had pulled out of a string of gigs citing "health issues".
'Confident'
The singer performed hits including Back To Black, Tears Dry On Their Own and Rehab.
Before the song Wake Up Alone, she told the audience at the National Indoor Arena: "This is for my husband."
But during an encore cover of The Zutons' Valerie she stopped singing, dropped her microphone and walked off the stage.
Mr Fielder-Civil has been remanded in custody at Pentonville Prison, accused of perverting the course of justice and assaulting a pub landlord.
Ms Winehouse's support act, Remi Nicole, said: "She's professional and she knows what she's got to do.
"I'll be there to support her. If it was my husband, I'd be a bit upset.
"I have learnt all the songs on the Back to Black album so if she does need me to stand in, I can don a beehive and go ahead," she added.
The singer also had support from Jamie Cullum, who toured with her four years ago.
"I don't think she'd want to miss a tour because she likes playing too much," he said.
When she did sing she sounded phenomenal but she was not ready to be up on that stage
Audience member Zoe Giorgio
She earned a mixed reaction from the audience.
Afterwards one fan, Zoe Giorgio, said: "When she did sing she sounded phenomenal but she was not ready to be up on that stage. She was so weak, so vulnerable."
Her 15-year-old daughter Nicola Giorgio added: "I felt sorry for her because she kept crying.
"Every time she did a song she put 'Blakey' or 'I love my Blakey' into it, and she changed the song Me and Mr Jones into Mr Blakey."
Gary Atwell, from Rugby, said "streams" of people left during the concert.
"I went out for a sneaky cigarette half way through and at least 40 people left, just in that five minutes," he said.
However Kelly and Sam from Birmingham were impressed by her performance.
"If my husband was in prison I wouldn't have the bottle to stand up on stage and do that, so I think fair play to her I really do," said Kelly. "Her fans should support her."
I've got no time for her nor do I see this "great talent" she is supposed to have.
She's not being brave getting up on stage she's clearly screwed up and it's all about the potential money loss rather than the love of playing.
If she loved it so much she wouldn't damage herself the way she does and continue being an emotional mess. She needs help not to be shoved out on stage in her current condition.
maybe now she'll have to go to rehab. lol. ive never liked her either.
does this remind u of ashlee simpson being booed at the national championship football (american style, sorry) a few years ago? this could mean the end of amy's career, as it did ashlee's.

Basically, the booing of Ashlee Simpson is an offshoot of her little mishap that happened on Saturday Night Live.
SNL is a sketch comedy show that airs live on Saturday nights in the States. Basically, she was on there a few years ago and she got caught trying to lip sync. The audio started while she was still dancing around.
A couple of months later, she performed at the college football national championship game. Trying to deter all talk of her lip syncing, she went out there and sang...and she was horrible. That's why she got booed. And that's why she is no longer around...

SNL is one of those shows that we've heard of over here but few have actually seen it. They've tried to air it many times on various channels over the years but we Brits don't seem to bite. Then again the few episodes I have seen were awful...
It's funny that she is history for miming (or lip synching as you say in the US) when you consider people like Britney and Spice Girls are guilty of the same thing - even at "live" concerts!
Singer Amy Winehouse has called off all gigs and other public appearances for the remainder of 2007, after her doctor advised her to take complete rest. The troubled performer was reportedly treated in rehab this year and UK fans booed her during one shambolic concert.
She had been due to play at the BIC in Bournemouth later and the Cardiff International Arena on Wednesday.
Gigs were also planned in December in Dublin, Belfast, Manchester and London, and all tickets will now be refunded.
A statement issued by concert promoter Live Nation blamed "the rigours involved in touring and the intense emotional strain that Amy has been under in recent weeks" for the decision.
"In the interests of her health and wellbeing, Amy has been ordered to take complete rest and deal with her health issues," the statement added.
A spokeswoman for the company said there were no plans to reschedule the concerts and fans should return their tickets to the outlet where they purchased them.
Winehouse, 24, was quoted as saying: "I can't give it my all on stage without my Blake. I'm so sorry but I don't want to do the shows half-heartedly; I love singing.
"My husband is everything to me and without him it's just not the same."
This was a reference to Blake Fielder-Civil, who has been remanded in custody until 18 January, accused of assaulting a pub landlord last June.
He also faces a charge of perverting the course of justice.
Critical acclaim
Winehouse's behaviour has been in the headlines throughout this year.
Last month she was fined after being found with cannabis in a hotel in the Norwegian city of Bergen.
She called off a series of concerts and appearances after reportedly being treated for drug addiction.
The US leg of her tour in September was shelved while she continued to address problems with her health, and there had been hopes that this would be rearranged for 2008.
But the singer has also received critical acclaim for her current album Back to Black, containing hits such as Rehab and You Know I'm No Good.
This year she was named best female singer at the Brit Awards, and she received two prizes at the Music of Black Origin (Mobo) Awards in London.
Not really. This thread is about the drunken, debauched, drug infested waste of blood and organs that is Amy Winehouse and that was a fact about her that was revealed this week.

I win!
Not a fan then MiB?
Haha...I'll answer for him, and say "No."
