Ultimate Movie Showdown - Disney Animation

To join the likes of Alien, Armageddon, Grease & Life of Brian will be one of the following:

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
Bambi
Fantasia
The Lion King
The Aristocats
Jungle Book
Tarzan
Toy Story

Now these have been chosen for their groundbreaking nature over 'classic nature' e.g. Tarzan introduced 'Deep matte' process etc.

Anyway the match ups are as follows:

Bambi Vs. Toy Story
The Lion King Vs. Jungle Book
The Aristocats Vs. Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs
Fantasia Vs. Tarzan
Voting for round 1 will be counted until Monday 10th March.

I have to add that there are some excellent ones missing, Robin Hood and Beauty and the Beast have already been mentioned.

But what about Aladdin? The most successful movie of 1992 and it is the 3rd highest-grossing hand drawn animated feature behind The Simpsons Movie and The Lion King.

Then there is also Lady and the Tramp, Hercules, Mulan and Brother Bear to name just a few that should be there.

Needless to say this is a subject close to my heart

Brother Bear (I got a cuddly Kenai from Disneyland Paris at christmas)

Nice list ^_^.My top 5 would be Pinnochio,Dumbo,Beauty and the beast,Robin hood and Aladdin (i love singing a whole new world with my gf,one of my faverate songs of all time).As much as i love Toy Story,i wouldnt rate it as the best but its up to you guys to decide!

Bambi Vs. Toy Story - Bambi is rubbish, Toy story rules
The Lion King Vs. Jungle Book - Had Jungle Book been up against any others on this list i'd of gone for that.
The Aristocats Vs. Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs - As i can't vote for Jungle Book on this tie

Bambi Vs. Toy Story - Toy Story is simply brilliant
The Lion King Vs. Jungle Book - A Classic
The Aristocats Vs. Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs - Ground-breaking
Fantasia Vs. Tarzan - Never really rated Fantasia, so Tarzan by default

My favourite only appeared on NymVette's list, and thats the fantastic Finding Nemo!

 Yes in discoveryland near space mountain and star tours. I saw that too, the West End show is excellent! A MUST SEE!

Bambi (1) Vs. Toy Story (8)

Lion King (4) Vs. Jungle Book (5) - I though LK was a sure fire finalist.

The Aristocats (5) Vs. Snow White & The Seven Dwarves (4) - Thought SW would win this one too.

Im still surprised I voted Aristocats because its the first film I ever saw. Which started a chain of events which brings us to where we are now on this forum, so without Aristocats there would be no CPC Movies. So it wins.
