OK so now Judgement Day's out of the way are we going to see yet another Edge Vs. Undertaker match. I suppose they are going to have to gimmick match this and what with it being a supposed ECW type PPV then it can only lead to Hell in a Cell?
Also, willwe get HHH Orton again? Here's hoping for some originality from the WWE Creative department... Or is that to much.
It's not an ECW PPV and hasn't been since last year. I'm surprised at the amount of people who still think it is.
They've just decided to make all the matches gimmick (or Extreme rules) matches but it is not an exclusive ECW PPV. The fact that ALL the PPVs are now tri-branded affairs and the single brand PPVs no longer exist would have been a big enough clue....
Having separate brands has no bearing on the PPVs. They realised that the single brand PPVs didn't draw as well as the tri-branded ones, so they simply consolidated the talent into one show to hopefully increase buys.
The single brand house shows and TV shows still need a title for the talent to aim for.
Well, ONS is tonight so I suppose we ought to get some predictions in...
Edge vs. The Undertaker (TLC Match for World Heavyweight Championship) - I know Taker is most likely to win this, but as He didn't drop his winning steak at mania to him, Edge shouldn't drop his TLC record either. Very likely a major screwjob finish.
WWE Champion Triple H vs. Randy Orton (Last Man Standing Match) - HHH isn't losing until his Paternity time comes up.
John Cena vs. JBL (First Blood Match) - Once again screwjob finish, JBL cheating. Isn't Cena due some time off for his new film?
Shawn Michaels vs. DAVE (Stretcher Match)
Jeff Hardy vs. Umaga (Falls Count Anywhere)
The Big Show vs. John Morrison vs. Tommy Dreamer vs. Chavo Guerrero vs. CM Punk (Singapore Cane Match) - CM Punk has his money in the bank so doesn't need to win this match
Randy Orton was taken into a room to be examined immediately upon his return to the backstage area and then sent to the hospital for to test the severity of his injury.
Backstage went bezerk after Orton took the bump out of the ring. Orton could be heard telling the referee he broke his collarbone, something the announcers started selling on the broadcast.
