Ultimate Movie Showdown - Martial Arts.

Well now that the Disney round has been sorted, we now move onto Martial Arts.

IBecause it is such a wide field I have split it into four sections:

Bruce Lee x 4

Jackie Chan x 4

Other Asian MA x 4

American MA x 4

We will have a semi and a final in each section, then the winners go into the Semis leading to a Final. The Final 4 of each section are:

Bruce: Enter The Dragon, Fists of Fury, The Big Boss & Way of the Dragon

Jackie: Police Story, Druken Master, Project A & Dragons Forever

OA: Ong Bak, Iron Monkey, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon & Fearless

AMA: Nico, Bloodsport, Invasion USA & American Ninja

SO the four semis are (You need to vote of on all them)

Bruce Lee -

Fists of Fury Vs. Way of the Dragon - Very tough as these are my two favourite Bruce films!
Enter the Dragon Vs. The Big Boss - Reluctantly I'll give Dragon the nod here

Jackie Chan -

Dragons Forever Vs. Project A - I went for Dragons as I felt the chemistry between all three was better.
Police Story Vs. Drunken Master - Again tough but Master is an all time classic

Other Asian films -

Ong Bak Vs. Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon - Frankly Tiger a better story
Fearless Vs. Iron Monkey - Tough but Fearless is a modern classic

US films -

Nico Vs. Invasion USA -Not seen either but Chuck is better than Seagull

Bloodsport Vs. American Ninja - Meh.

Nico Vs. Invasion USA (Went for this cause i dont know either)
Bloodsport Vs.American Ninja ( same as Nico just did ip dip)

Fist of Fury Vs. Enter the Dragon - Dragon is more popular but Fist is a better film in my opinion.

Dragons Forever Vs. Police Story - Both are great but the former has the Three Opera Brothers in it.

Ong Bak Vs. Iron Monkey - Ong Bak was good but too much of a (clearly impressive) stunt show with no story.

Nico Vs. Bloodsport - Van Damme vs Seagal? Like Doherty vs Winehouse for me...
