This is either interesting or tragic depending on your point of view:

Damian Isherwood reporting. ... I've got Fighting Spirit Monthly magazine from England in front of me and this is what their computer reviewer friend told them about Smackdown vs. Raw 2009. It shows the lengths the WWE will go to protect Triple H.
" Got WWE preview code yesterday and, as always, screenshots have to be approved if we decide to take our own. So far, so usual. But here's the interesting part: there are further stipulations that highlight which screenshots will immediately be given the thumbs down. These include screenshots of 'superstars' (not allowed to refer to them as wrestlers) bleeding, weapons being used... and we're not allowed to take ANY screenshots of Triple H losing or ANY screenshots of Triple H in a 'defenceless or vulnerable position'. Oh, and the game still sucks."
They then printed a screenshot of a vulnerable Triple H on the mat with Kane standing over him on a turnbuckle.
Been reading this on the official games forum.Utterly pathetic if true that screen shots of a video game would cause the E to go bananas. What next, make Triple H an invincible character in the game thus making him impossible to beat? looks like ill be jobbin him up to the likes of Wang Yang and Kelly kelly then ;)..
Im sorry, but I have recieved no such direction. I do happen to know however that FSM had been having a very, very hard time getting hold of a copy of the game early as they wanted an 'exclusive'. It's also not usual for people to be able to use their own screenshots they are normally provided with plenty of shots to use. Me thinks this is FSM trying to stir up a ego related story...
I would have to think its as you say dark m, even the WWE wouldnt be that petty.Besides there has been plenty of pics of previous games of WWE with Trips being beat up and theyv never complained about it before.
Or maybe because FSM provide much bigger exposure for their game being a national (and perhaps internationally) distributed publication opposed to a small time website I would stake my life on the fact they've never heard of, they impose stricter rules on how they run their features on it?
