OK so to up the anti on you all and to add some intelligence to proceedings, I am intorducing the daily (Bi-daily) Lateral thinking Puzzle.

Basically the first one to get it right wins that round, when I get bored of this thread the overall winner will be crowned OK?  You can ask questions if you need to, as long as they relate to the quizor the question.

So here goes:


Detective Smith finds Romeo & Juliet dead on the kitchen floor surrounded by broken glass. They were alone when they died. What killed them?

Romeo and Juliet were drinking 2 spiked glasses of champagne. After the poisonous liquid got into there intestines, they dropped dead, shattering the champagne glasses.

That would be my guess too - that Romeo & Juliet are goldfish and someone knocked the tank or goldfish bowl onto the floor.
