That sucks :(,but i guess theres nothing we can do about that.Luckly we have the internet then to find and buy the more harder to get titles.Im just quite surprised how Ninin is deemed worthy of a release here (even as much as i love it) while quality films like DeathLove,Zebraman,Dragonheart and ect will most never likely get the chance to.

Another Korean monster film is coming, and this one's got a few familiar features to it, see if you can guess. Chaw is a black comedy about a man-eating boar. Now although that might spark a something in your mind already, there's more.

A number of attacks by the creatures cause politicians to get excited, a police cover up, and a bounty hunter is on the scene to capture the animal. Got it yet?

Forget the comparisons to The Host that Variety are coming up with, I really think that this is more akin to Jaws, and not just with the name similarities, that plot outline sounds very similar indeed.

Got it yet? Jaws anyone?

Jeong-won Shin, director of Sisily 2km, is set to direct Chaw.

Okay, there is some resemblance to The Host, but a dark comedy monster film just puts it in the same ball park, that plot outline does remind me of Jaws, just with a boar!


I can see the Jaws similarity but one can't help but think of The Host from reading the opening line of the plot.

Currently downloading this wrestling themed film from Japan Gachi Boy:




College genius Ryoichi hasn't been able to remember more than one day since beng involved in an accident. Sick of losing his memories, he enrolls in the school pro wrestling team where he can remember the previous day through his bruises and take polaroids with his friends. But on the day of his debut match he forgets that the match is supposed to be faked, forgets his steps, and takes on his opponent to the surprised to delight of the fans

I have actually seen a few posters and pics of that online,seems quite intresting but my faverate wrestling themed film from Japan is Wild Flowers ;) or from China Osaka Wrestling restraunt which starred both Sammo Hung and Super Delfin! This looks just as crazy as that film..
