The utopian domed city of Romdo is where people and androids called Autorievs live side by side in a emotion free controlled state. There is a threat to that harmony as some Autorievs have become infected with the Cogito virus which causes them to discover their own thoughts and personaiities. The main suspect is an immigrant named Vincent Law however Bureau investigator Re-l Mayar discovers the true culprit to be a strange creature called a Proxy.

This is a series that begins like an Isaac Asimov style sci-fi thriller but turns into a pyshcological examination of human identity half way through. Superbly animated and tighty scripted this show needs to be seen although the apparent desertion from the original story may seem a bit jarring for some tastes.
