Ultimate Movie Showdown - Musicals

Right a fresh month a new section to add to the finals with Alien, Armageddon & Life of Brian.

Now the musicals section was so broad and impossible to get fown to 8 finalists that we have had to do this in 2 sections!  Classics (pre 1970s) and contemporary, Modern & Cult (1970 onwards).

Now what you have to do is vote for your winners in both sections, then the final will be between the two winners of each section.  Got that?  Clerar as mud right.  Anyway here are the selected finalists...

Sound of Music Vs. Seven Brides For Seven Brothers (never seen Seven brides but i love Sound of music so that for me)

West Side Story Vs.  King and I (always saw this when i was a child with my late grandad, its a very special movie to me ^^)

Oliver! Vs. Wizard of Oz (easy choice,Wizard of Oz has to win this!)

Singing in the Rain Vs. Calamity Jane (another easy one)

I'm not really a musical fan/expert but i'll still vote.

Sound of Music Vs. Seven Brides For Seven Brothers - Only seen sound of music and didn't like it

West Side Story Vs. King & I - Seen it as a kid at school, from what i remember it wasn't good but better than studying

Oliver! Vs. Wizard of Oz - Don't like oliver.  Wizard of Oz is best

Singing in the Rain Vs. Calamity Jane - meh
