If you guys get a chance to check it out tell me what you think.I interview Stephen Quadros,who is an MMA commentator,columnist,and martial artist.He has worked on many martial arts movies and plays in several bands.The guy has pretty much done it all,and it was very cool getting to chat with him.

I hope to get some more interviews soon.

The great thing with MMA is it's still relativley in a very early stage.Not everyone involved acts bigger than the world yet.Quadros is a very cool guy though.His story about working with Steven Seagull was crazy,but awesome.
