THe Vests and squat thrusts are back on Chnnel 5 this friday!!  For those of you who remember it..  One name  Brian Jacks.

Blood, sweat, tears, tantrums and a few squat thrusts. TV's greatest sporting challenge is back in your living room.

Every Friday, watch in amazement as Britain's greatest sporting heroes compete in a frantic race to be crowned Superstars champions.

My Dad went to school with Brian Jacks and they trained in judo together too. biggrin.gif

Didn't the BBC bring Superstars back a few years ago and it bombed because modern sports star are all namby pamby prima donnas?

I believe that was a one off.

The last time it was around proper was in the 90's. As much as I am excited about this, they have decent team captains for once. Sir Steven Redgrave, Dame Kelly holmes, Roger Black and Some Rugby dude, I am getting a bit annoyed with the Channel 5 advertising campaign and just wish Friday would hurry up.
