I bought the grudge 2 somewhile back 2 disc set for a fiver to, cant go wrong, though im not a big fan of the original (i never even try to watch the US versions). Going back to the Monty Python shows you said about earlier MIB, i woulds agree the second series was truly excellent, i couldnt stop laughing from every episode, but so far, going into more shows in the 3rd series, iv only had a good few chuckles, the episode with the cycling Micheal Palin ending up with him being in front of a firing squad was the worst, it grew tiresome that he kept falling off his bike and ending up in scenes talking about how his food is crushed ect ect.But there was one that had me in stiches at the end of the show with eric idle talking about something but kept on sniffing in between, he was then blown away and bleed to death while the end credits rolled, fabulous stuff! Not to mention the gumbies (my brain hurts sketch was awesome) and cheese shop, but overall quite disapointing.
Yesterday i bought a lovely teddy for my friend ^^.
I actually got the region 3 Ju-On The Grudge 2 off E-bay 3 yeasr before it was even released in the cinema over here! However, it had no extras (and some "Engrish" subs) which is why I ordered this one.
On the subject of Python - Series 4 was pretty much in the same vein as the Bicycle Tour episode in that they were sketches within a complete story. Truth be told, I've had the videos of series for over 10 years and have only watched them once....
