And to add to my woes, I just got another rejection for my novel. This one was sent back in the end of March. They didn't even bother to write a separate note for the reply, they just scribbled on the bottom of my covering letter:

"Perfectly competent but did not stand apart for us. I hope another agent will go for it. Best of luck."

Encouraging but still disappointing.

Stubbed my toe earlier and its been constantly painful today, can barely walk properly with it! Darn..

I've had an ingrowing toenail removed TWICE (yeah, same nail. Don't ask me how...) from my left foot and (thankfully) just once from my right foot.

The first time including a two night stay in hospital and a full anesthetic operation. When I came too I was about to be sick so I leapt out of bed to run to the loo but of course my foot was bandaged up and I couldn't run so I ended up spewing all over the place in front of a ward full of patients and visitors! Huge Embarrassment.

The second and third times were in my local clinic and were done with just a local anesthetic and I was home within the hour. The worst part of the post op process is of course trying to walk and having to wear a plastic bag over your fot when having a shower.

Anyway my rant for today is about the fact that you are given a phone number for a helpline yet the people either can't help you or the number they refer you to doesn't get answered!! What is the point?

Oh well, off to hospital again tomorrow for some more blood tests. I hate needles....

It says that the ban will be lifted on Sunday at 18.00pm. As I said, one of the mods Taffy gave me a "friendly warning" for posting spoilers about the SD title situation when I made a joke alluding to it a second thread which he got angry at. I said that everyone was talking about it and he replied "Yeah because of people like you posting spoilers".

Like I said I posted in the Neighbours thread because someone posted a ink to a preview clip of the next season in Oz. I posted a comment sayng "I hope this isn't considered a spoiler but why haven't they got rid of Ned?" and a few people replied. I guess Taffy felt this was a spoiler which is dumb really because this not like I revealed any storylines or the like.

Ah well, I guess I'll just let it be. As you said, most of the people on the forums just flame and insult each other and the Mods allow it despite a so called zero tolerance on flaming yet those of us who just like to discuss wrestling get banned for nothing.

If i was a paranoid person, I would say they have a vendetta against TU members. Pro recently got a ban for flaming in the flaming thread. Im gone, Barley had to go to a low profile after recieving 'threats' of banning ditto AVM. JSB is gone etc. etc.

ANd yet the only downright out of order indiviodual who breaks all the rules on multiple occasions, king of bad and insulting taste, gets away with it all.  Maybe because like the Mods he's a part of the ever so secretive ExileD forums.  Who?  Oh yes Logwood.  And may I just add he somehow got a hold of some pictures of my children and added captions about vaseline and me peado'ing them via PM which was far far beyond anything I would stand for and basically was harrasing to point where it would be considered a criminal level.  What does he get?  A 7 day ban and then a week after he's back I get a perma ban for 'Posting nothing of worth'  But by that point Id effectively left anyway to get this place up and running.  Which is one of the reasons why TWCf is in the state it is and driving out semi decent posters from there.  Heck Even Sheriff Baz is gone and he's part of ExileD!

Gentlemen, we all know Taffy is a See You Next Tuesday, he gets off on it. Hence the reason if people mouth me off on there I don't say anything anymore. the whole place is just a bullring for flaming by people who feel such a level of distaine in their lives they feel the need to act macho and mouth off.

so really in essence, **** 'em. they'll just turn the place into a forum where you can't speak your mind and all the cool posters and people with an individual thought of their own will go other places.

I never like to say bad words about people but Logwood and a few others take things to far,and what he did to dark m was deplorable.Most people these days and it seems like the younger generation of adults,seem to enjoy that sick kind of humour,the controversial stuff,but its just plain wrong in my opinion,im scared to actually voice my opinion on twcf forums even though i really want to say "stop posting that sick crap on here" or to stop taking the piss out of another forum member but i know if i do that,then everyone else will just get in on the act and start having a go at me so i just be quiet.Im sorry to hear about that Dark M.

I guess one of my reasons why i find hard to relate topeople in real life is because im not like the average 23 year old guy,im not wild,i dont drink,dont go clubbing,have no intrest in bedding girls or controversial humour,i enjoy being with family and talking about movies or tv,i dont seem to relate to the guys and girls of today my age and younger,i find people from other countries far easier to talk with and communicate with, along with older people in england! Im on a huge rant here but it just seems weird that there isnt a lot of respectable,decent people anymore.

Thanks Totty for the kind words but really there is lot more to it than that and it is other situations in my life that you should not (and hopefully will not) end up following suit in.

Digressing slightly I got a PM from Olly of all people who also posts on the SSS boards asking about my banning and he expressed his dismay at the ruling. This surprised me as we dont usually get along...

Pro recently got a ban for flaming in the flaming threadNo, Pro got a ban for his general attitude and constant flaming of anyone and everyone without provocation. It wasn't his first suspension either so it's longer this time.

i believe it was needing advice on some problems i had with home (i really should have known better but i was in a really bad way then sadly) and unfortunatly,all i recieved was a barrage of insults and a warning not to post meaningless topics.Not to be a **** or anything, but asking the ragtag bunch of inbreds on any wrestling forum is just asking for trouble. TWC has never been the breeding ground for intelligence has it?

I have to say that his constant usage of the Soham girls in "top babe" type threads is beyond bad taste, and yet as DM says, that is allowed and innocent mistakes isn't?It isn't allowed, Logwood has been suspended his fair share of times aswell, including at least once that I know of for posting that picture. Contrary to popular belief though, the mods don't read every thread and don't spend every minute of every day online. So we do miss a fair few things unfortunatly.

Actually I think I'll just take my banning as my last hurrah there and only post to moan if my TWCF newsletter hasn't arrived...Well that's a shame, you are one of the few members who add anything half decent.

Anyway, guys like Logwod keep getting allowed back rather than receiving a permanent ban meaning they re-offend (if you will) so in my eyes that's going easy on him.

People always say Logwood is doing this and that wrong, yet no one ever reports his posts. As I already said, we don't see everything that happens unfortunatly.

Mr. Emelinenko is a mod on TWC and if he cares to reveal himself (Although you can pretty much work it out from his user name here) the so be it. But it's not Taffy or Deets.
